Morgan Williamson LLP is seeking a motivated associate attorney with up to five years of experience and a strong work ethic to join our litigation team. This attorney will primarily handle disputes and litigation arising from the firm’s diverse practice areas, including business, real estate, employment, intellectual property, bankruptcy, and probate matters. Responsibilities will include legal research and writing, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, attending hearings, and participating in trials.
Requirements
Transcripts and professional references are required. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and performance-based incentives. The anticipated starting salary ranges from $100,000 to $130,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and achievement of performance goals.
