Job description:
Conflicts/Intake Clerk performs all conflict searches and sets up and maintains clients and matters in the time and billing system. May also perform a variety of other client intake or accounting duties according to established policies and procedures. Candidate must be able to communicate in a professional manner with all clients and provide courteous and accurate client and interoffice support. Maintains contact with attorneys, staff, vendors and clients and observes confidentiality of client and firm matters. Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
